Naval Base Primary School has emerged as champion of the month-long television game show Cepat Tepat, which challenged contestants on their knowledge of Malay language and culture through quizzes and activities such as Peribahasa (Malay idioms). The winning team will bring home a trophy and individual prizes worth $7,500, including a personal laptop, as well as book hampers and vouchers. 2. Dr Maliki Osman, Second Minister for Education and Chairperson of the Malay Language Learning and Promotion Committee (MLLPC), was the Guest-of-Honour in the final episode of Cepat Tepat on Suria, where he presented awards to all participating schools that competed from the quarterfinals stage.
