KGA offers Holiday Programs throughout the year at all three of its locations, Serangoon, Bukit Timah and Robertson Quay. Camps offer action packed days of fun and action centred on the best practises of Russian rhythmic gymnastics.


WHAT'S INCLUDED?

GYMNASTICS WARM UP EXERCISES

Kickstart with a fun warm-up activity that is vital for both injury prevention and getting to know your new buddies! 
STRETCHING AND STRENGTH WORK

We focus on building flexibility and strength in a safe and entertaining environment for the children. 
ACROBATIC ELEMENTS

Moving on to teaching basic acrobatics aspects such as cartwheels and handstands. Be prepared for your child to demonstrate their wonderful new tricks! 
DANCE ROUTINES

​We present basic dance moves for kids to follow and learn, focusing on grace and movement and fostering cognitive development.

CARDIO WORK WITH APPARATUS

Let's expend all of that energy! We devised exercises for kids to enjoy together while getting a good workout. 
APPARATUS ELEMENTS

Kids may have fun on our apparatus, whether it's swinging on bars or controlling the rope or ball. At KGA, we expose the kids to a variety of entertaining apparatus! 
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY

​Fun & games throughout to ensure everyone has a good time
