1.PRESCHOOL PROGRAMMES
Thinktank's Preschool Programme will prime your child for primary education by establishing the foundational aspects of reading, listening, speaking, writing and numeracy. Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 4 children to allow our teachers to customize lessons to suit each child’s learning pace.
English Language Arts
Our Preschool English Language Arts Programme treats Thinktank preschoolers as holistic learners, developing their comprehension and critical thinking skills. The Thinktank classroom comes alive with laughter and fun, intentionally injected to cultivate the love for learning from a young age. With our small class sizes, the Thinktank preschooler is empowered with the foundational skills of reading, listening, speaking and writing through story-writing and well-crafted visual stimuli, honing the important skillsets that will be critical to their success in primary education.
Mathematics
Our Preschool Mathematics Programme helps our young children to be mathematics-ready for Primary Math. We believe in the use of interactive methods to engage our preschoolers and help them experience Math in a more tangible form. Activities and games are incorporated into a day’s lesson to enhance learning. The use of materials, such as beads, counters and sticks, provide concrete experiences in learning to count and comprehend numbers. In addition, our preschoolers hone their accuracy in estimating measurements of length, height, weight and time, thereby building a strong mathematical literacy and foundation from a young age.

Our students are also taught critical reading skills and how to write captivating stories with rich vocabulary.MathematicsThinktank’s Lower Primary Mathematics Programme helps our young minds to see mathematical connections in everyday life. We know that young children learn Math best through play and exploration, and use games and manipulatives to expose and familiarise them with new Mathematical concepts. Math problems are broken down to their underlying concepts to ensure coherence in our young learners, aided by our use of innovative Playfacto manipulatives that heightens their engagement in the subject. With these, our lower primary students are equipped with the necessary skills to tackle higher level concepts due to the strong mathematical foundation built.ChineseAt Thinktank, our Chinese Language Arts Programme focuses on nurturing a natural affinity and appreciation for the language in our students. Birthed from a vision to inspire and enthuse students to enjoy Mandarin, we believe that Chinese Language learning takes root best in an intentional yet spontaneous way through the mediums of art, music and movement, speech and drama, as well as writing. Through experiential learning, children hone their oral and written skills, making the process of learning Mandarin both fun and meaningful.

3.UPPER PRIMARY PROGRAMMES
Thinktank's Upper Primary enrichment classes seek to nurture the whole child socially, emotionally and academically. Our carefully-crafted programmes not only provide the fundamental building blocks for secondary school but also fosters critical thinking through the exploration of various subject areas in English, Chinese, Mathematics and Science.EnglishOur Upper Primary English Language Arts Programme seeks to elevate a student’s command of the language from prosaic to poetic, from mundane to magical. This we do by encouraging our students to develop a voice in their writing, exposing them to high-quality texts and inspiring them with story plots that are realistic yet not run-off-the-mill. Over time, our students build a repertoire of refined word phrases and vocabulary and learn to write stories with greater depth and a creative edge.MathematicsOur Upper Primary Mathematics Programme aims to develop every child’s desire to learn while simultaneously preparing them for their examinations. Our students revise mathematical topics and concepts learnt since Lower Primary, but also learn new heuristics and problem solving techniques which are relevant and applicable in their examinations. We believe this programme gives our students an added edge in mathematical problem solving as they are taught different ways to tackle difficult question types with sound conceptual understanding.ScienceWith an emphasis on building and reinforcing a strong foundation in the understanding of the Primary Science syllabus, our children experience science concepts in real life through engaging hands-on experiments conducted by our qualified teachers. The worksheets given not only help children revise for their examinations, but are also a nutritious source of interesting Science facts for our young budding scientists to nibble on. The relevance and importance of Science in our daily lives is also highlighted, building a mindset of curious exploration and critical thinking in our children's young minds.ChineseWith a focus on nurturing a natural affinity and appreciation for the language in our students, Thinktank's Chinese Language Arts Programme was birthed from a vision to inspire and enthuse students to enjoy Mandarin.
