1.Vidyajyoti (Pre-Primary)
Hindi Society conducts Vidyajyoti 1 & Vidyajyoti 2 programme for 4 & 5 year old children. It is a fun filled programme for Kindergarten students and is being conducted on Saturday mornings at all the Vidyajyoti Centres. In some Centres, afternoon sessions are also been conducted.We have a great team of teachers who are passionate to guide our pre-primary students using Thematic Integrated approach & the programme has been designed by ECDA trained professionals.Students of Vidyajyoti programme enjoy learning Hindi through hands on activities and discussion opportunities such as Circle Time, Music & Movement, Speech & Drama, Art & Craft, Show & Tell and Flash cards and Cooking etc.

2.Primary 1 - A Level Hindi Learning
Today, the bilingual education policy is the cornerstone of the Singapore Education System. It requires all the mainstream school students to offer two languages: Mother Tongue Language (MTL) and English Language (EL).The three official MTLs in Singapore are: Chinese, Malay & Tamil. In 1990, MOE allowed non-Tamil Indian students to offer a Non-Tamil Indian Language (NTIL) in lieu of an official MTLThe five approved NTILs are: Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi & UrduThe Board for the Teaching and Testing of South Asian Languages (BTTSAL), a community body that oversees the delivery of NTIL instruction and assessment across school levels in Singapore.The Hindi curriculum in Singapore is managed by The Board of Teaching & Testing of South Asian Languages (BTTSAL).Hindi Society follows the same curriculum material for the classes conducted for NTIL students.The Hindi Lessons are conducted for the mainstream students, Primary 1 to A level, who have opted for Hindi as their Mother Tongue subject either at Weekend Centres or in some schools during curriculum time.

3.3rd Language Enrichment Programme
This programme is being conducted on Saturday afternoons at the 3rd Language Enrichment centresOur team of teachers who are patient and loving take pride in guiding Primary 1 to Primary 6 students using HSS publications/BTTSAL books.Students enjoy learning Hindi through hands on activities, discussion opportunities, Circle time, Music & Movement, Speech & Drama, Art & Craft, Show & Tell and Flash cards and Cooking etc.Our Parental Involvement activities welcome parents to visit us to conduct fun activities.Non-Hindi speaking students develop love for Hindi language and have fun during their learning journey to various places of interest.Our Community Outreach programme includes inviting Police officers to our centres to talk about Safety.

4.Holiday Enrichment Programme
In Hindi Society, many enrichment courses and activities are conducted for the Hindi students during March, June, September and December school holidays. Through these opportunities, examination techniques are taught to the students sitting for the PSLE, O level and A level and all other levels receive preparation skills & techniques. Apart from academics, HSS also conducts Speech & Drama classes for kindergarten & primary levels. These programs help to enhance the teaching and learning of the language. They are highly recommended and many good reviews and feedback have been received from both the student and parents.
