About Singapore Netball Academy
Singapore Netball Academy provides Netball programs for female players aged between 5 and 18 years. We conduct specialized programs in age groups U6, U8, U10, U12, Secondary School students. The programs are designed to give these players the skills and knowledge to bring their game to the next level

1.U6 program
The under 6 (U6) program is specifically
developed for children age 5 to 6. (Born in 2017, 2018).
The U6 program gives your child all the
fundamental skills they need to play ball sports. They will learn how to
- catch, pass and throw
- eye-hand coordination (aim to shoot)
- running movement, side step, backward
and forward run
- balancing, hopping and landing
- make new friends

2.U8 program
The under 8 (U8) program is specifically
developed for children age 7 to 8. (Born in 2015, 2016).
We introduce Netball through modified
games, lots of fun activities that promote ball handling skills and footwork
movement. We will join carnivals when available and organize friendly games.
Most importantly is to make new friends
and begin to love playing netball.
Beginners aged 7 to 8 will join the U8
squad as the level of this age group is on beginners’ level.

3.U10 program
The under 10 (U10) program is
specifically developed for children age 9 to 10 (born in 2013 and 2014).
We introduce Netball through modified
games, lots of fun activities that promote ball handling skills and footwork
movement.
Most importantly is to make new friends
and begin to love playing netball.
Beginners aged 9 to 10 will join the U10
squad as the level of this age group is on beginners level.

4.U12 program
The under 12 (U12) program is
specifically developed for players age from 11 to 12 years (born in 2011 and
2012).
In this program we focus on motor skills
such as running movement, balancing and ball control. We also have lots of fun playing
modified netball games.
Players learn to play as a team and be a
team player and we join as many carnivals and leagues as possible.
Beginners aged 11 to 12 will need to join
the Novice program first as the U12 program is for more advanced players.
Beginning 11-year-old players can also start in the U10 program.
