SELF-DEFENSE & CONFIDENCE BUILDING CLASSEnhance your child’s confidence & coordination through small group martial arts classes that prepare your child to overcome school stress & bullies. The children’s class does not rely on a single style of martial art but instead focuses on training the appropriate response to random self-defense situations & improving reflexes & self-control. Our skilled instructors are certified coaches in both traditional & reality-based martial arts, and ensure that each class provides children self-discipline, coordination, and enhanced reflexes. Instructors use soft padded sticks to ensure that children can develop their skills without injury & keep a safe distance for COVID prevention. The children’s class is open to children of all genders from age 8 to 15.- SELF-DEFENSE
