1.Classical Piano
This is an individual class lasting 30-45
mins per lesson and held once a week.
This course instructs you in the
performance of music from the Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and contemporary
periods. It also covers the traditional areas of musicality like sight-reading,
aural, technical exercises, and theory of music. You can opt to take graded and
diploma examinations from the ABRSM or London College of Music exam boards held
periodically. The syllabus focuses on what is required in the exams and also
includes technical exercises that prepares the student for exams.
The demands of learning classical music
can be quite taxing and substantial time needs to be devoted to independent
practice at home. Learning to read notes starts as early as possible and is
developed gradually into an essential skill for future higher levels.
While this course is open to all ages,
most adults will typically tend to take longer to reach the normal milestones
because their heavy family and work commitments limit the amount of time they
have for practice. Nevertheless, those who could afford the time us in the past
have done well.

2.Pop & Jazz Piano
This is an individual class lasting 30-45
mins per lesson and held once a week.
This course is open to all ages. It
focuses more on playing rather than the other traditional subjects of aural,
scales, theory and sight-reading. The
objective is to give you an outlet for your creativity and a chance to play
your favorite modern pieces. There is no
set syllabus nor is there any time pressure to reach a certain level of
proficiency by a certain time. Like many of our students, you will find the
popular pieces a refreshing change and highly motivating as the end result is
enjoyment. Even adult students are very successful in this course as they tend
to be able to play complete pieces quickly with the right guidance and teaching
method.
Jazz has recently become more popular and
is increasingly gaining acceptance by large audiences all over the world. This
is because elements of Jazz have been finding their way into popular and
contemporary music since the 1990’s.
This course is open to all ages and focuses on playing. It is an individual class lasting 30-45 mins
per lesson and held once a week. The
pieces and repertoire will be mainly Jazz or Jazz Fusion. As this genre of
music demands a reasonable level of technical ability and contains some
theoretical elements, it is not for beginners and requires a student to have
some musical background.

3.Music Theory
Music is a different language. Like all languages, it helps us to
communicate our emotions and feelings.
Like all languages, it has its own alphabet and grammar too. If you wish to read, understand, and maybe
even write some music one day and tell it to the world, Music Theory, will help
you in this quest. All major academic
institutions recognize this and make Music Theory a requirement in advanced
Music studies. Whether you wish to
just pass an exam, or know enough to teach others, or better yet, be able to
write music of your own, by hand or by computers, we can help you.
Our
Curriculum
Every year, we prepare students for the
Theory exams held by the major exam boards.
If you wish to take this up, this is a good place to start. Whether you’re in a hurry and have only a few
months to spare, or wish to take more time to understand the subject deeper and
profoundly, we have the curriculum to suit your time frame.
You will undergo preparation for board
exams from Grade 1 to Grade 8. The
course is separate from the usual music lesson and focuses just on theory. This way, it is much more effective. You will
cover more in a shorter time.
Our group classes last 1 hour. Our
individual classes last 30-45 mins. We also have a special Express Course. It
uses special express methods to cover Grade 1 to Grade 5 in the short span of 6
months! This is usually held just before
an exam and is highly effective whether you are starting from scratch or just
want a refresher.

4.Classical Guitar
Guitar continues to be one of the most
popular instruments because they are light, mobile, and easy to bring around.
Our guitar classes are individual classes lasting 30-45 mins per lesson and
held once a week. No age limit. Yes, there are small sized guitars for small
sized players. You can learn for leisure or for exams.
