For boys and girls.
Increase your child's flexibility, strength, and overall fitness in a fun but structured class. Our highly trained coaches will guide you through the technique and safely build the ability to perform the gymnastics movements.
HOW IS IT DIFFERENT?
This differs from rhythmic gymnastics as it does not use equipment such as the rope, ball, hoop or choreographed dance routines. There is a much greater focus on acrobatic elements and movements such as the bridge, cartwheel, handspring and much more.
WHAT IS THE FOCUS?
The program focusses on progressively mastering the fundamentals of gymnastics using Russian techniques and exercises as designed by Head Coach Victoria Karpenko.

Programs have been designed by Head Coach Victoria Karpenko after more than 30 years of competing and coaching at the highest levels of rhythmic gymnastics around the world.

APPROACH FOR NEWCOMERS:

For newcomers, our aim is to introduce the sport to you in a fun-filled and positive environment that allows you to try the sport and see why all of our coaches fell in love with it.

APPROACH FOR COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS:

For gymnasts who show a love for the sport and are interested in competing, we have periodic assessments to gauge progress and ability. Competitive programs require minimum attendance as we prepare for competitions throughout the year.

This programme aims to develop toddlers from 2 to 3 years old through these 4 aspects: emotional, cognitive, physical and behavioural developments. With involvement of parent and guidance from the coach, it helps to establish one on one relationship with the child and understand their growth and developments better.
