About Hcl Education Centre
HCL Education Centre, a professional Chinese education centre, was established in December 2006 by our founder, Mr Wang Deqing, and has since grown in to a well-known Chinese Language Centre with thousands of students.
HCL stands for “Happy Chinese Learning” & “Higher Chinese Language”
