1.Recreational Gymnastics - Waddler Gym
Ages 2–3
This is a program for
experiential learners. They will be working on social and gross motor skills.
The class is filled with visual and auditory cues to make it fun and exciting
for the little one.

2.Recreational Gymnastics - Kinder Gym
Ages 4–6
Gymnasts will be learning
the ABCs of physical literacy through enjoyable, challenging and progressive
experiences. The program focuses on basic movement skills of agility, balance
and coordination as well as the physical abilities of speed and strength using
their own body weight.

3.Recreational Gymnastics - Junior Gym
Ages 7–11
The focus of this program
is acquiring basic skills whilst fostering and enduring love for the sport.
Gymnasts will be exposed to a broad range of skills. The general physical
abilities of endurance, flexibility, strength and light plyometric will be a
huge part of the program.

4.Recreational Gymnastics - Senior Gym
Ages 12 over
The focus of this program
is acquiring key skills whilst enjoying a healthy lifestyle. Gymnasts will be
refining basic skills and work on more focused discipline-specific skills.
Gymnasts are encouraged to come twice a week.

5.Competitive Gymnastics – Developmental
Ages 5 and up
This is an invitation-only
program is suitable for gymnasts aged 5 years old and upwards who are
interested to join the competitive pathway. This semi-competitive program is
ideal for the younger gymnasts to experience age-suitable competitive training.
Developing self-confidence is an important aspect of this program.

6.Competitive Gymnastics - Junior Team
The
Junior Team program is suitable for gymnasts who displays maturity and
aspiration. Gymnasts will acquire advanced skills and learn how to compete.
Opportunities for competition is by invitation only – for those who show
commitment and dedication during training.

7.Competitive Gymnastics - Senior Team
In
the Senior Team program gymnasts needs to display qualities like teamwork and
sportsmanship will be heavily emphasized. Refining and maximizing skills are
the main focus of this program.
