Bullying can take many forms. It does not
always involve physical altercations – bullying can be verbal, emotional/social
or cyber. Whatever the form, many children are not explicitly taught how to
defend themselves against bullying. This is where our BJJ For Kids program
comes in.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a highly technical
martial art that has been compared to chess. Evolve MMA’s BJJ For Kids program
focuses on teaching your child to immobilize their opponent with masterful
techniques while remaining in an advantageous position.
