Dreams Gymnastics Singapore

“Believe”, our Recreational program, is a co-ed program catered to girls and boys aged 7 years old and up. This program spans a broad range of capabilities, and caters to children ranging from total Beginners to experienced gymnasts who choose to keep learning at the Recreational level.
Children are taught gymnastics fundamentals on all pieces of competitive gymnastics apparatus. They build proficiency in all Dominant Movement Patterns – Statics, Spring, Landing, Locomotion, Rotation, Swing, and Object Manipulation. Through fun and progressive activities, children build strength, agility, balance, flexibility, and proprioception. Mentally, they learn control, coordination, discipline and concentration.
All classes are taught by professional gymnastics coaches. Children may choose to train 1 to 2 times a week. No prior experience is needed to enroll in this program.

Private classes are open to all students who are looking for small-group or 1-to-1 training. Students in existing programs may sign up for private classes to work specifically on any problem areas, targeted skillsets, mastery of choreography, building of new skills, or upcoming performances and Competitions.

“Wish”, our Kinder program, is a co-ed program catered to girls and boys aged 3 to 7 years old. This introductory program is designed with our youngest children in mind, and incorporates a broad range of activities to ensure holistic physical development.
Children are taught gymnastics fundamentals on all pieces of competitive gymnastics apparatus. They build proficiency in all Dominant Movement Patterns – Statics, Spring, Landing, Locomotion, Rotation, Swing, and Object Manipulation. Through fun and progressive activities, children build strength, agility, balance, flexibility, and proprioception. Mentally, they learn control, coordination, discipline and concentration.
All classes are taught by professional gymnastics coaches. Children may choose to train 1 to 2 times a week. No prior experience is needed to enroll in this program.

Faith​
“Faith”, our Kinder Developmental program, is a by-invite-only program catered to girls and boys aged 4-6 years old. A step up from our “Wish” program, the Kinder Developmental curriculum places greater emphasis on building technique and foundational mastery on each piece of competitive gymnastics apparatus. Children also work on building a wider skillset on the respective equipment, and start learning to perform simplified competition routines independently.
All classes are taught by professional gymnastics coaches. Children may choose to train 2 (minimum) to 3 times a week. This program is commensurate with the Singapore National Development Pathway Level 1, and serves as the developmental and selection pathway into our Developmental and Competitive Squads.
Hope​
"Hope”, our Developmental program, is a by-invite-only program catered to girls and boys aged 6 years old and up. A step up from our “Believe” program, the Developmental curriculum places greater emphasis on building technique and foundational mastery on each piece of competitive gymnastics apparatus. Children also work on building a wider
skillset on the respective equipment, and start learning to perform full competition routines independently.
All classes are taught by professional gymnastics coaches. Children may choose to train 2 (minimum) to 3 times a week. This program is commensurate with the Singapore National Development Pathway Levels 1-2, and serves as the developmental and selection pathway into our Developmental and Competitive Squads.
Trust
“Trust”, our competitive program, is a by-invite-only program catered to girls and boys aged 6 years old and up. A step up from our “Hope” program, the “Trust” Competitive curriculum is more rigorous, technical and exacting. Commitment and consistency, as well as physical and mental readiness are pre-requisites for this level of training.
All classes are taught by professional gymnastics coaches. Children may choose to train 3 (minimum) to 5 times a week, depending on their personal training and competition goals. Students enrolled in this program are eligible for selection to compete in National-level Competitions. This program is commensurate with the Singapore National Development Pathway Levels 2 and 3 (Novice).
Aspire
“Aspire”, our competitive program, is a by-invite-only program catered to girls and boys aged 7 years old and up. A step up from our “Trust” program, the “Aspire” Competitive curriculum is more rigorous, technical and exacting. Commitment and consistency, as well as physical and mental readiness are pre-requisites for this level of training.
All classes are taught by professional gymnastics coaches. Children may choose to train 3 (minimum) to 5 times a week, depending on their personal training and competition goals. Students enrolled in this program are eligible for selection to compete in National-level Competitions. This program is commensurate with the Singapore National Development Pathway Levels 3 (National) to 8.
