1.BEGINNERS (Boys & Girls)
In this high-energy
programme, gymnasts learn the basic skills of the Australian Gymnastics Level
System in a progressive approach. More focus will be placed on strengthening,
form & flexibility to help achieve the required skills. Gymnast will be
acquiring new & more complex skills and therefore building self-confidence
as well.

2.TUMBLING
Tumbling classes are
perfect for cheerleaders and/or gymnasts who want to focus solely on their
tumbling abilities. This class emphasizes safe and proper techniques for round-offs,
back handsprings, tucks and more utilizing the trampoline, floor, and tumble
track.

3.BOYS RECREATION 5.5 years old & Above
Is the next level up from
Kindergym. Having learnt the basics in Kindergym, the kids are taught more
challenging and progressive skills. The coaches will focus more on techniques
without compromising on the fun aspect in this program.

4.PRE-INTERMEDIATE
Is an advanced program
where gymnasts have progressed from our Beginners program to a higher level of
skill and are ready to move at a more upbeat pace. Combination of flips and
somersaults will be trained without the competitive pressure & atmosphere.

5.GYMTOTS 1 - 3.5 years old
Is an introductory program
specially designed for both parent & child. The class is kicked off with
“free exploration” time with assistance provided by professional coaches,
followed by circle time which include warm up, song & dance, basic gymnastics
skills & a circuit. Lastly, hand apparatus, which are perfect for hand- eye
co-ordination & motor skills, are handed out. Parents are encouraged to
stretch during warm up too!!

6.KINDERGYM 3 - 5 years old
Is a program where children
have their first taste of independence. It prepares children for their
foundation in gymnastics. Children spend their hour by way of warm-up, 3
apparatus rotations & hand apparatus. Kindygym unleashes and encourages the
inherent skills of children through gymnastics, developing them into creative,
well-rounded bubbly individuals with good values.

7.RECREATION 5.5 years old & Above
Is the next level up from
