Reviews
1.Studio classes
At brave new worlds, we learn to ask
questions such as “are our senses always reliable?” and “do we need rules?”.
Each module is 5-10 weeks long to allow kids to conduct research and experiment
with different ways of thinking, using art to represent their learning. All
this is documented in a personal process journal, culminating in a unique art
project. Our class sizes are kept small to maximize child participation,
engagement and learning!

2.In-school classes
We customize Critical Thinking
through Art programmes for schools to build a foundation for higher-order
thinking. Our curriculum provides younger children with opportunities for play
and exploration, making inferences and comparisons, and evaluating their
artworks. Older children will be able to explore philosophical themes through analyzing
and evaluating ideas to form their own views, reflect on their own art-making,
and empathize with different viewpoints. They also have the autonomy to manage
art projects independently or in a team.
Curriculum
design / teacher-training
For schools looking to conduct
their own Critical Thinking through Art classes, we provide support by helping
to design curriculum tailored for each individual school/institution’s needs,
including integrating art and critical thinking with other school subjects.
We also conduct training workshops
to help teachers become adept at using visible thinking routines to facilitate
critical thinking in their classrooms.
