1.Children Private Cycling Class
Children Cycling Class is created to
teach the basics of cycling to children from the ages of 4 to 16 years old. The
cycling class is both fun and engaging, which is crucial to encourage the
child.
We understand that balancing and fear of
falling are the common problems in learning to cycle for Children. With this in
mind, our Cycling Coach has created the first Singapore Children Cycling Class
which focus on overcoming these challenges in a fun and engaging manner for the
Children.

2.Children Group Cycling Class
Children Cycling Class is created to
teach the basics of cycling to children from the ages of 4 to 16 years old. The

Class will only commence with a minimum
of 2 participants and has a maximum of 6 participants.

Group Cycling Classes are divided into
Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3 Cycling sessions. Each session focuses on
different level of cycling skills which you will progress through or stop at
your comfort.
Grade 1:
Balance Control
The main reason why most people have
trouble cycling is because of balance control. At this level, we will impart to
you the technique of balance control used by Olympic cyclists. This method is
easy to learn and most importantly, effective!
Grade 2:
Pedalling and Manoeuvring
Once you have mastered the elusive skill
of balance, pedalling will be next challenge for you! This is where all the
magic happens! Get ready for the unbelievable look on your face when you start
pedalling on 2 wheels!
Grade 3:
Safety Cycling Skills
At the final level, we will impart safety
skills such as safe braking, riding confidence when sharing path with other
users, blindspot checking and terrain management.

4.Cycling Development Programs
Carefully designed cycling development programs for your Children.Exploration Cycling (Age 3-5)This lively sports learning programme for pre-schoolers are designed to establish a strong outdoor exploration, while promoting cycling confidence. Students develop physical fitness and psychomotor skills in our pre-school curriculum.This enjoyable cycling program will cover:
- Physical Conditioning and Strengthening

- Basic manoeuvring techniques

Discovery Cycling (Age 6-12)Our 5 sessions learning cycle consists of a series of cycling discovery program, that are vital for us to expose your child to various cycling components. Our programs are specially designed by our creative team with engaging drills and circuit to ignite student's curiosity and interest.
This enjoyable cycling program will cover:
- Cycle Safe Test
- Gear Management for Speed and Endurance
- Introduction to Group Cycling
- Navigation and Cycling in Cadence
- Introduction to Performance Cycling
Performance Cycling (Age 12-16)Suitable for advance cyclist who has basic cycling skills and endurance, this course aims to stretch your child's cycling ability to a performance and endurance level. Nowadays, with increase academic emphasis and technology distraction, children lack the opportunity to develop a keen interest in sports. This results in poor physical strength, low immune system and poor concentration level. Developing a keen interest in performance cycling will help make up for the lack in physical activities and help your child's character development.
