1.BABIES & TODDLERS (6-36 MONTHS)
The
sooner your child starts learning to swim, the faster your child will feel
comfortable in the water and learn how to stay safe in an aquatic environment.
At aquaDucks, children can
start learning to swim from the age of six months. In our Babies & Toddlers
(Duckling) programme, babies and toddlers are encouraged to feel at ease in the
water and at the same time learn breath control and how to swim back to the
wall for their safety. Accompanied with songs and games, we create a fun and
educational environment that leaves smiles on the little ones’ faces.
The aim of this programme is
for every child to feel happy and be safe in the water.
The Babies & Toddlers programme
is a parent-accompanied class conducted under the professional guidance of our
friendly and experienced swim coaches.
The Duckling programme is
ideal for children between the age of 6 to 36 months.

2.PRESCHOOL (3 & 4 YEARS OLD)
PRESCHOOL
SWIMMING
When your child reaches the
age of three/four, they will enrol in our Preschool (Duckie) programme.
Children learn lifesaving and breathing techniques and will start learning the
Freestyle stroke and Survival Swimming. At the end of this programme, your
child can dive to the bottom of the pool to pick up toys, swim Freestyle with
refined arms and legs movement, make a safety jump into the pool and return to
the wall.
Our Duckie Programme is
available for three and four-year-olds.

3.LEARN TO SWIM (5 YEARS & ABOVE)
From
the age of five onwards, your child can join our Learn to Swim programme and
will learn to master all four strokes with the right techniques. First, we
start with Freestyle, followed by Backstroke, Butterfly and last but not least,
Breaststroke. The goal for your child is to master the techniques within a
short distance first. We focus on the form of the strokes through coordination
between the arms and legs, which will allow your child to gain speed while swimming.
Following which, we add the breathing techniques, and before you know it, your
child will be able to swim the different strokes with proper forms.
Your child will be a
competent swimmer after completing all Learn to Swim levels (the equivalent of
120 swim hours) at the average age of 8.
Our Learn to Swim Programme
is for students of 5 years and above.

4.STROKE & DEVELOPMENT
The
Stroke & Development programme is for children who finished the Learn to
Swim programme and who want to improve their stroke techniques further.
The Stoke & Development
Programme consists of three levels and includes the finetuning of stroke
techniques, competition drills, personal survival and life-saving skills.

Training is for students aged nine years & above.

Our private swimming lessons are great for kids or adults who need a few extra sessions to work on technique improvement, to master a problematic stroke or to squeeze a couple of additional sessions to work on your swim techniques under the guidance of our qualified coaches.
