Twinkle Tots is a class designed specifically for your toddler. Here we introduce movement, music, balance and the very basic dance steps, all of which are done so in a fun, friendly, encouraging and positive manner. Do also take note that this is a strictly drop off class.

Age: 3-4   
 
Street Dance will expose children to various upbeat urban moves and styles such as Urban, Old School, Hip Hop, breaking (Bboy / Bgirl), Locking, Popping, House, etc. In these high-energy classes, we provide students with a chance to explore different styles and beats and develop their artistic expressions with stylized rhythmic music.
A typical class will start with warm up conditioning, stretching and strengthening, before exploring and learning moves of a given style. The styles will rotate throughout the year (including freestyle!) and the various moves used towards presenting choreographies of various lengths. Kindly take note that this is a strictly drop off class.

Participants will learn skills such as Table Tops, Log Rolls, Donkey Kicks, Cartwheels and many more while acquiring the discipline needed in this style. This class is strictly floor-work and does not perform any gymnastics with bars or beams. It is great for students looking to enhance their agility, flexibility, and strength and to learn to incorporate tricks in their dances.

This class is perfect for students that wish to be on stage as well as wanting to set motivational milestones within examinations to enhance their abilities. The class focuses on dance, singing and acting techniques, choreography, and team work. The competition aspect gives our performers the opportunity to be on stage in a professional environment which additionally goes hand in hand with our Musical Theatre examinations offering a graded approach encouraging learners at all levels to continue to develop and display their skills sequentially. Students will learn how to prepare and rehearse as a team within both aspects, work through nerves, focus amidst adrenaline, and thrive under bright stage lights in a competitive environment. All of this can translate into higher self-esteem, radiating self-confidence, improved performance skills, and so much more. Students whom participate in our Musical Showstoppers lessons will have the chance to be invited into this showstopping experience!

Age: 11-17   
 
Intermediate Acro Dance class will focus on more advanced acrobatic dance techniques. This class builds and improves on flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration from the lower levels. Students will learn such things as Back hand-springs, Aerials, Illusions, Split Outs etc., and will learn to incorporate these in dance sequences. This class is strictly floor-work and does not perform any gymnastics with bars or beams. It is great for students looking to enhance their agility, flexibility and strength and to learn to incorporate tricks in their dances.
 
The minimum requirement for this class is 4 years of consecutive training in Gymnastics or Acrobatics within the last 3 years or equivalent program. The participant must be able to tick the boxes for the following skills:
Chest stand
One Arm Shoulder Stand
Tinsica
Forward and Backward walkovers.
Handwalks (Continuous Steps in a line)
 
Note: These skills are prerequisites for Intermediate Acro. If they are not acquired yet, the participant will be required to join a Pre Intermediate Acro class first.
